Yes, community members local to the Thunder Bay area can borrow library material at no charge. Please bring your government issued ID to obtain a library card . As an external borrower you will be able to sign out up to ten books at a time, for a three week loan. Your loans are eligible for renewal. See this webpage for complete details.
