You should cite materials you used in the Archives using standard citation formats for manuscripts, letters, artworks, etc, as appropriate. You should also then indicate that the materials were at the Lakehead University Archives, and include the collection or fonds name, the box and item number, and the date you accessed the records.

For example:

Canadian Federation of University Women, Thunder Bay Chapter. General Meeting. 1975. Box 1, File 4, Canadian Federation of University Women, Thunder Bay Chapter fonds. Lakehead University Archives, Thunder Bay. August 12, 2016.
